San Diego Scale Company maintains a staff of carefully trained and state licensed technicians capable of installing, servicing, repairing, and calibrating virtually all brands and models of scales. Service can be performed on-site or in our service department. Only direct replacement parts and NIST traceable standards are used. A complete record of your scale maintenance history is maintained and all service work is fully guaranteed for 90 days.
CALIBRATION
Each time your equipment is inspected, a written report of the scales working condition and accuracy of performance will be provided. The report describes all adjustments performed, as well as the condition and accuracy following the maintenance. NIST Certificates of Calibration can be provided.
REPAIR
All service is provided by trained and state licensed San Diego Scale Service Technicians. Training is provided at specially equipped schools to qualify them in the maintenance, repair and calibration of mechanical and electronic weighing equipment. San Diego Scale provides service for all manufacturers scales.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
When regularly scheduled tests and calibrations are required, San Diego Scale Company can tailor a maintenance agreement to meet your specific requirements, NIST traceable Certificates of Calibration can be provided.
