The CAS DXL-15100 Scale Base is a robust and reliable solution for weighing needs in various tough environments, including meat, poultry, seafood processing, and industrial jobs. This scale base is designed to endure extreme conditions with a 1000% overload protection, featuring the "Quad Spring" design which incorporates four spring shock absorbers to prevent excessive vertical movement and protect the load cell.
Constructed with a CIP66 rated aluminum load cell and a 304 stainless steel platform, the CAS DXL-15100 ensures durability and ease of maintenance, especially in washdown areas. It measures 15" x 15" x 3" and can support up to 100 lbs, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, from manufacturing to check weighing. The design includes an integral load cell mechanical overload stop located directly underneath the load cell for added protection.
