The CAS HCMS-S100 Scale Base is designed for durability and reliability in demanding environments. This model features a robust construction with a mild steel base and a large 18 x 18 inch weighing pan, suitable for a variety of industrial applications. It offers a capacity of 100 lbs and includes a two-part polyurethane finish for additional protection. The scale is equipped with an IP66 anodized aluminum load cell or an optional IP68 stainless steel load cell, ensuring a complete hermetic seal suitable for washdown applications.
The HCMS-S100 is NTEP approved (Certificate 14-014) and legally certified for trade, making it a viable option for commercial transactions where precision is critical. It also features a 10-foot load cell cable for flexible setup options and includes six integral overload stops that protect against shock and overload up to 250% of the scale’s capacity, enhancing its longevity and performance reliability.
