Each tube is sterile, with a maximum capacity of 0.5 mL, and is made from high-quality polypropylene to ensure durability. They feature a frosted marking spot and engraved graduations for easy sample identification and measurement, with graduation increments at 0.2 mL intervals. The tubes are designed to withstand centrifugal forces up to 25,000g and are autoclavable, ensuring they can be sterilized and reused safely. Additionally, they are non-pyrogenic as well as RNase/DNase free, making them suitable for sensitive molecular biology work. The tubes come with a flat top cap that can be easily opened and closed with one hand, enhancing usability in fast-paced lab environments.
